Pour: Slightly hazy golden-amber color with two fingers of white head that retained extremely well and left all sorts of lacing on the glass.
Smell: Big hop aroma up front, a little bit piney, a little bit citrusy. A little bit fruity, and with an understated malt backbone.
Taste: Much like the smell. Front end starts off with a beautiful spicy hop note that gives way to a very mild, delicate malty middle, which then finishes up with an intense citrus, bitter hop bite.
Mouthfeel: Medium bodied, smooth, creamy, and rather lightly carbonated.
Drinkability: Extremely drinkable and refreshing.
Final Notes: An excellent beer to pair against a nice spicy meal or for refreshment on a hot day. Absolutely delicious.
