A - pours something like a dark cadmium orange deep, very cloudy, with a white head that quickly dissipates, leaving substantial lacing.
S - wow. just from pouring I could easily smell the delicious bitterness of the hops. I am also picking some spicy esters behind the over powering hops.
T - one hardly notices the near 7% abv with this smooth and crisp brew. The smell and taste of hops combine together in the drinking experience (assuming you are not congested) to make something wonderfully uplifting for the palate, with a bitter, and then later spicy aftertaste
MF&D - a full feel to this beer, not as thick as a grade A syrup, but far from water; it lets you know you are drinking something good. the slight cripy-ness to the carbonation makes me (and even my mother!) coming back for more, very smooth and more than a pleasure to drink.
I wish I wasn't reviewing the last bottle of my 6-pack!
