A-deep chestnut ruby body with large and airy off-white head. Very nice clarity and tons of lacing all over the glass. Steady stream of carbonation. Really cannot find any flaws in this.
S-Resinous, piney, hop shot. Well balanced with a caramel malt sweetness.
T-This reminds of a big Rye IPA with some great balance. The hops a re big and aggressive yet not overpowering of the malts. This seems like a big beer with nice complexity, yet it finishes very soft and delicate with brown sugar sweetness.
M-So crisp and refreshing. Huge flavor yet semi-thin body makes it so much easier to enjoy. Wonderful hop presence in the mouth, yet not abrasiveness.
D-Really a great beer all around. Not a whole lot to complain about and this one is worth the hype - good price to boot. Drinks like a much bigger beer but there is enough room to drink more than 1 or 2.
