Poured this Bastard into a mug.
A. Beautiful beer. Two fingers of nice foamy head that sits there indefinitely. Nice lacing too.
S. Citrus, especially grapefruit, strong caramel malt (yum!), floral scents. Hints of dark fruit.
T. Hops hit you in the face when you take a sip. Pine and citrus, they fade into a decent roasted malt flavor that you enjoy rather than get smacked with, then it ends up with a bitter biscuity taste.
M. Medium bodied, this bad boy coats the mouth well. The bitter biscuit flavor builds up and definitely stays with you. Doesn't dry too much though.
O. This is an amazing beer. It was one of the beers that helped me out on the road from macro to micro brew, and has earned a special place in my heart.
