after about a year of tasting this fine ale, i've now decided to finally review it.
22 oz. bomber pored into its own arrogant bastard specialty glass. beautiful clear ruby red color with a light tan head that lasts forever. great lacing. this is by far one of the most beautiful looking beers i've ever had.
smell has a very nice floral hop scent to it. also has a big oaked wooden character to it along with a nice cherry scent.
the taste is very complexed. very hopy and very malty, yet it is a great balance between the two. i actually detect some chocolate malts? it also has an oaked character to it.
medium to full bodied mouthfeel. slighty thick and very chewy. great mouthfeel.
for being pretty strong on the alcohol content, this is a fairly easy brew to consume. just not too many. drink this one carfully, or else it'll trick you.
