Poured into a New Belgium snifter
A a beautiful coffee, blood red with a huge 3 finger head and nice lacing
S malty! Sweet hop, maybe some oak, barley, rice, and maybe some sap and more hops
T - huge barley up front, followed by a earthy malt with a bit of sweet, floral hop, oak, a bit of yeast, maybe some tart berries or cherries, and finishes with a huge malt and bittersweet hops
M - heavy, almost tannic, lingers with a huge bittersweet hop
D - pretty nice. Not balanced but not overwhelming. If you like beer, this is a staple
Final thought - big but easy to drink huge but not overwhelming. Just wish this one came in a six pack
