Appearance: Dark amber color with copper highlights, with a couple fingers of off white head that really sticks around and clings to the edges of the glass. Great looking beer.
Smell: Toasted malts and strong hoppy aromas are by far the most prevalent in this one. A bit of caramel as well. Not the most complex, but there are certainly some big aromas that waft up.
Taste: Right off the bat there is a lot of toasted malt flavor, followed by loads of hops. Also some cherry-like fruits and caramel. The flavor profile is huge and fairly complex.
Mouthfeel: Medium bodied with pretty smooth carbonation. Very nice feel in the mouth, overall.
Drinkability: If you like bland beers this isn't for you. In my opinion it's quite drinkable, and something I would have often.
Serving type: on-tap
