On tap at MacGregor's on East Avenue in Rochester, NY.
Pours a dark amber color, with a one inch head, and some good lacing down the glass.
Smells like toasted bread, caramel, and blistering hops. I can tell this one will be intense.
I guess I'm not worthy, this is just too much of everything for me. Astringent, unpleasant grapefruit rind bitterness lingers on the palate forever. Lots of malt too, like burnt bread. A lot of alcohol burn too, this is just way too intense to be enjoyable.
Medium bodied, slightly creamy mouthfeel, medium carbonation.
I'm not worthy.
Serving type: on-tap
