22oz bottle poured into a tulip glass.
A- A cloudy amber/orange with a fantastic off white head that clings all over the place.
S- big notes of orange and apricot with some mango in there as well. The coconut is in there, but if you didn't know this was a coconut IPA, I doubt you'd identify it.
T- Coconut is certainly there more in the taste, but is very much dominated by the hop bill. Orange, apricot, and red grapefruit abound. Grapefruit bitterness is a bit too pronounced.
S- Pretty dry. Medium bodied. The grapefruit bitterness is a bit metallic on the back end.
O- Exactly what I saw in other reviews. The bitterness of the hops is too pronounced, covering up the coconut. It's a good IPA, but could have been great.
