Poured from a 22 oz bomber in to a snifter.
A- Pours a transparent golden orange body with a really nice, dense one inch white head and beautiful lacing.
S- Citrusy and malty at the same time. It's a stretch to find the coconut but as it warms it barely peeks its head in.
T- Oh so smooth. But where is the coconut? It's quite bitter, but not overbearing. SImilar to the nose otherwise.
M- The beer is sort of creamy or fluffy texturally. A bit oily too I guess. The feel is heavy with moderate carbonation.
O- On the whole this is a pretty good IPA. The coconut? Not so sure where that is. I'd like to see a coconut stone colab. beer from Stone next, with the coconut more highlighted... that's a beer I would look forward to.
