A German DIPA? This could work.
The color is a medium yellow, though there's a darker sort of thickness in the depths of this beer. It's opaque despite its lighter color. The head is just off-white and reaches barely over one finger at its peak. When it recedes, it's to a firm, thick foam that lasts the remainder. Lacing is in pretty good quantity, mostly patchy.
There's a definite Noble hops presence in this beer, but surprising honey and citrus notes too. Otherwise, there's a soft spiciness under a floral backbone with some earth and herb.
Dough and citrus give way to floral and leafy bitterness with a very interestingly earthy middle going pithy but not too harsh. ultimately it is the flora and the leaf that leads the way, but earth comes out in such a way that, combined with the leafiness, a tobacco note comes out in the back of the tongue in a noticeable way. Malts provide a touch of sweetness and their support, but certainly give way to the hops.
This medium-bodied brew mingles smoothness and crispness nicely in the feel. It's dry at the back of the tongue, where the leafy and tea-like elements are their strongest, but isn't astringent or chalky and melds with the softer character the little sweetness provides.
