A= Pours a beautiful hazy straw color with an off white head that rises to a finger high and holds steady retention and solid lacing.
S= The smell is oddly fruity. Big mango and pineapple aroma with a little sort of hop bitterness in the nose. Not much in the way of maltyness.
T= The taste matches the nose. The malts in this beer are very light and crisp tasting. It's not like the typical general sweetness with a bitter touch. It's a nice hop bite with a crispness that I haven't found in too many beers.
M= The mouth is crisp and clean.
O= This reminds me of an imperial pils in that it's so crisp and clean tasting. The malt doesn't muddle the hops and actually support them. A different beer but I kind of expect a little more from Stone on an anniversary beer.
