Picked up a bomber from BevMo in late February for $6.99. Bottled on 1/31/2014.
Beer poured a golden orange with a decent white head that dissipated quickly.
Nose is a decent amount of grapefruit goodness.
Taste is heavy grapefruit with a decent malt base. Grapefruit bitterness lingers long after the sip. This is truly grapefruit goodness.
Mouthfeel is medium bodied and decently carbonated.
Overall this is a pretty decent brew that fits true to the style. Give it a shot if you are hungry for a grapefruit!

As would be appropriate, this has a pink grapefruit color with a cloudy fresh squeezed hue. The head was fizzy and white but held its shape well.
The nose has tremendous grapefruit qualities but it's a combination of juice, pith and hop.
The flavor starts with a nice grapefruit juice and grapefruit hop flavor but the finish is a deeply herbal hop flavor. The hop flavors near the end remind me of so many Stone products with an earthy, grassy, chivey and dank quality.
The feel is quite tangy and light but does have a strong astringency.
This tastes like an IPA made by Stone with grapefruit juice, which is exactly what it is.
