22 ounce bottle, bottled on 01/30/14. Served in a DFH IPA glass, the beer pours a clear golden/orange color with about an inch and a half off-white head. Head retention is good, and there's a lot of lacing. Aroma is nice, the brew smells like citrusy (grapefruit) and pine hops, along with grapefruit peel. The taste? Good bitter grapefruity hoppiness is that this beer is all about! There's also some spicy hops, sweet/bready malt and some earthy flavors noticeable too. Mouthfeel/body is medium, it's slick with a good amount of carbonation. I liked this brew a lot, it's definitely worth trying. Hopefully this isn't a one time brew because I'd like to try this again in the future. $6.49 a bomber.

As would be appropriate, this has a pink grapefruit color with a cloudy fresh squeezed hue. The head was fizzy and white but held its shape well.
The nose has tremendous grapefruit qualities but it's a combination of juice, pith and hop.
The flavor starts with a nice grapefruit juice and grapefruit hop flavor but the finish is a deeply herbal hop flavor. The hop flavors near the end remind me of so many Stone products with an earthy, grassy, chivey and dank quality.
The feel is quite tangy and light but does have a strong astringency.
This tastes like an IPA made by Stone with grapefruit juice, which is exactly what it is.
