A: A dark thin coffee colored brown that pours with a thin light tan head that is fairly creamy and laces the glass nicely
S: A mellow malty and barrel smell that are very nice and mellow. A slight alcohol aroma is present.
T: Has a fairly decent maltly and slight roasted character with a lot of hot alcohol taste and a slight bit of fruit character and bitter character at the end.
M: Fairly thin up front, but has a little bit of a malt character towards the back end to finish off with a medium bodied. It provides a nice dichotomy of finish and flavor.
O: Not an overly done scotch ale. It has a good malty character with a nice mellow scotch quality. Mouthfeel is perfect.
