A - Brown pour with a red tint. Good clarity. Lacing is non-existant and hte foamy head settled fast.
S - Really impressed with the fresh scent of ground coffee beans. The smell is like a fine espresso in a french cafe. There is a slight smell of sweet malts. Hard to find any fault with this beer.
T - Initial sweetness of sugar is balanced by the bitterness of fresh coffee. Seriously; where do they get these coffee beans? This is some good stuff. Not much else in the flavor but this is a simple beer that just tastes good.
M - If it was late night at a pub I'd be all over this beer. In other situations the coffee flavor my be a bit much. Slight coating on the tongue. Balance and carbonation seems about right.
O - Almost like Peche Mortel's younger brother. A solid coffee infused beer that does one thing, and does it well.
