Appearance: Slightly cloudy, ruddy, reddish-orange beer. Off-white head is solidly retentive, leaving heavy lacing down the side of the glass.
Aroma: Piney yet citrusy hop profile is heavy up front. Spicing from the hops permeate heavily, leaving only sweetness in the form of caramel to show through. Very pleasing IPA aroma.
Taste: The flavors are a bit mellowed in comparison to the aromas. There is a very pleasant mouthfeel and the citrusy hops make themselves known to the tongue, but the piney notes seem to be lessened a bit. The bitterness is certainly quite nice and it seems to linger for a while and ponder it's existance after the swallow.
Notes: Very drinkable IPA. If I could get this more often, I definitely would keep some in the fridge.
