Made with the malt base of Crooked Tree using 7C's hop, which is a blend of 7 American hops that start with the letter C (Cascade, Centennial, Chinook, Citra, Cluster, Columbus, and Crystal). Lots of citrus and pine and a hint of earthiness on the finish.

Poured from a bottle into a shaker pint, the beer is a dark, muddled, caramel coloring with a filmy, sparse, white head, and a ton of sediment throughout the body. Aromas of tropical fruit notes forward, heavy on pineapple, melon, and mango, with a solid backbone of caramel, and subtle dank, cedar tones. Flavors are pineapple and caramel forward, with roasted overtones, and a solid caramel backbone. Very sweet overall. The body is bold, with a dry edge and slight effervescence from the carbonation. The aftertaste is tangy sweet, with a subtle tropical fruit tart character providing an edge. The finish is smooth, slick, and slightly effervesced.

On tap.
A - Pours a dark gold color with a thick layer of creamy white head, carbonation is low.
S - Subtle sweet malt nose with delicate floral presence.
T - Toasted caramel malt with a mild pine bitterness on the back end.
M - Full medium body, light carbonation, coats the mouth with toasted caramel and mild pine/citrus bitter sweetness.
O - Very subdued, maybe it's the keg? One dimensional and mundane.
