Picked up a 22oz of this beer while at the brewery in Richmond. Pours a hazy golden color with a little-moderate head. The smell is not unique, with a watery mix of bananas and coriander with a hint of cloves. The taste is mostly water, and it takes about 5/8th of the beer before you get anything definitive. Banana is whats most aparent, but the yeast seems to sheild anything from really developing. The finish is very weak, and almost mimics the bland taste of a macrobrew.

Appearance: An extremely hazy and cloudy yellow. Beyond unfiltered and attractive in the glass. So hazy you can hardly see any carbonation. Spotty lacing though the head fades fairly quickly and also recharges fairly well with a swirl.
Smell: Lots of fruity Belgian yeast, a lot of citrus and lemon peel, slight coriander. Pretty complex and not overly sweet smelling either.
Taste: This could be excellent, but as it stands it's very nice. The fruit and citrus elements come out the most at first sip, then it becomes less complex, and the finish is dry, with a lot of citrus, and finishes that way too. It could be much more complex, but the long finish is definitely great.
Mouthfeel: Crisp and refreshing. What a Wit's supposed to be. It could be creamier I suppose, but this is good.
Drinkability: A solid Wit and one I'd drink again. Flavorful, easy-going, and solid overall. Usually micro Wits that I have are pretty so so, but this one's a surprise. I'm becoming a big fan of Richbrau.
