Pale yellowish hue with a mild haze and a decent lacing. Pale malty and yeasty aroma. Tasty pale malt with a dough like flavor middle to end, lightly hopped ... just enough to balance. This went well with the chili and helps to wash down the heat of the peppers. (262 characters)

This was served at Seven Barrel Brewery in W Lebanon, NH.

Appearance: The ale is a straw yellow color with a nice ring of head.

Smell: The ale does not have much of an aroma to speak off. What is there is mostly malt body.

Taste: The beer has a sharp bitter hop flavor that is a bit thin and fades away quickly.

Mouthfeel: The ale is pleasant on the mouth just don't expect much beyond that initial hop burst.

Drinkability: The drinkability is good but a bit more of a lasting hop presence would be nice. (519 characters)
