A wheat beer base infused with jalapeno. Hazy golden apricot body with very little head, only a tight, ephemeral, off-white ring. Carbonation problems? Nose is rather pleasant. Big fruity esters, strawberry-banana gerber baby food. A little bubblegum. All mixed with a yeasty wheat bitterness and a minor jalapeno pepper spice. Weird, but I like the smell! Soft wheat malt flavor with light banana and peach fruitiness up front. Dull jalapeno spiciness makes itself evident, but stays way in the background. Slightly bitter, yeasty wheat finish. Body is too thin and mightily undercarbonated. Not as bad as expected (!) but still not too good.

Had on tap at the brewery in Moab, UT.

I believe this is just the cream ale served with Jalapeno peppers served in it. Served with a slice of Jalapeno in the glass. Slightly hazy pale golden in color with a thin white head and OK retention and lacing. Aroma is absolutely sickening and putrid...like a wet cat in a pool of vomit. This also tastes like a wet cat in a pool of vomit...absolutely disgusting, with a "beer-like" flavor trying to emerge...pale malts, and butterscotch combine gloriously with the Jalapeno. No heat is evident, either.
This is a horrible mistake.
