Poured in to a tulip. 1.5 finger, thick, rocky, off-white head. Some good lacing. Clear, amber body.
Smell was floral and citrusy. Some light spicey hop aroma with a good malt sweetness. Pretty unique in that it doesnt smell like most DIPAs.
Taste had floral notes again. Some earthy and spicey flavors with a light citrus appearance. Some very strong bitterness in the finish that lingers on your tongue. Some light caramel with mild sweetness in the middle. Not your typical flavor profile. Lingering resinous hop bitterness. Touch of toasty malts.
Mouthfeel had a medium/light body with good carbonation. Dry finish.
Drinkability was good. Interesting flavor profile with some strong hop bitterness in the finish.
