On draft – into a tulip
Appearance- Pours a hazy golden straw color, with a big fluffy white head, good retention and lacing.
Smell- Soft lemon, with a touch of banana, a little coriander and clove.
Taste- Slightly tart lemon and a hint of lime. A little banana and coriander, orange peel, and clove pop up. Soft pepper and a little wheaty twang on the finish. A tad tart and a tad sweet overall, with some nice light spicing.
Mouthfeel- Light, crisp, and extremely refreshing. Highly sessionable.
Overall- A very nice little witbeir. You could drink a lot of this and not get bored.
Serving type: on-tap
