Hazy, pale, grayish-yellow. Thin head with persistent lace.
Wheat field, clementine, light coriander.
BODY & TASTE.
Light, dryish body. Smooth wheat, lemon, and orange peel peak out front, but are pushed aside by a wash of coriander and mellow yeast in the middle. The finish is clean, with more, quick-fading hints of clementine and coriander.
Darn tasty and very drinkable. This beer also tasted great in a fried fish beer-batter.

A pounder sized can poured into a standard pint glass. The brew pours a pale, light golden yellow color with chunky yeast making its way into the glass despite a carefull pour. A white cap stands firm with 2 fingers and slowly fades.
The smell of this is lemony almost like a candy sort of sweet grain aspect and a bit of minerals/sulfur breaking up then pleasant notes.
This tastes like fresh cereal grain and lemony candy. A slight wheat-like tartness is present to assist in boosting the drinkability.
This is light bodied and moderately carbonated. This is very easy drinking. Overall not bad and id probably drink it again if I was in the mood for a wit.
