I had this beer in the Bottlework in Seattle for the first time, and bought two bottles home immediately, since my boyfriend likes it so much. (He has girly taste for beer.)
A: white thick foam, very lively and staying for quite a while.
S: A bit grainy, apple, a bit clove and coriander. Cute smell.
T: It's lemony sour very refreshing at first, then the sour note lasts til the end, along with apple, apricor, some cute pleasant fruitness. Also a bit coriander undernote.
M: medium body, however it needs to be served cold like 4 degree, after it gets a bit warmer, I can sense the alcohol in my mouth, brings less peasure.
