Poured from a 1 pt 0.5 fl oz can into a Duvel tulip. Moderate hand. Dated 14/08/06 on the bottom. Had a number of times, but never reviewed.
A: Hazy yellow body with lime-colored tint and some visible sediment. 3 fingers of sudsy, white head. Good retention. Light lacing.
S: Fruity, lightly spicy Belgian yeast. Lemon. Straw. Coriander. Vanilla. Slight banana.
T: Sweet initially with the quick development of a citric-acid type tartness. Minimal bitterness. Semi-dry finish. Lingering tang and soft wheat notes.
M: Moderate-to-high carbonation with a moderate body. Seems fuller than I remember, but still very refreshing and crisp.
O: Very nice wit. Good quality of flavors, if not a bit light overall. This brew has its own unique wit thing happening. Dig the tartness. Didn't mind the sediment. Great hot weather pick. Bonus for tallboy cans.

A pounder sized can poured into a standard pint glass. The brew pours a pale, light golden yellow color with chunky yeast making its way into the glass despite a carefull pour. A white cap stands firm with 2 fingers and slowly fades.
The smell of this is lemony almost like a candy sort of sweet grain aspect and a bit of minerals/sulfur breaking up then pleasant notes.
This tastes like fresh cereal grain and lemony candy. A slight wheat-like tartness is present to assist in boosting the drinkability.
This is light bodied and moderately carbonated. This is very easy drinking. Overall not bad and id probably drink it again if I was in the mood for a wit.

Found it at a local pub in Trieste as the beer of the week.
The color is pale and yellow-whiteish but hardly transparent.
Incredibly fresh, easy to drink fruity witbier.
I could spot some banana aroma in the beginning and peach towards the end of it.
One of my favorite beers so far.
