A - This one is a glorious shade of honey-gold that shines when backlit. Cloudy and vibrant at the same time, this one is topped with the most fantastic dollop of white foamy cream head. Lacing is abundant and gorgeous. This is one beautiful witbier!
S - Lemon meringue, nutmeg, clove, vanilla bean, cinnamon, and allspice. This smells like a really nice candle from Yankee Candles, and also like the prototypical wit.
T - Lemon hides behind a mellow veneer of light vanilla ice cream, understated spices, and a salty saltine cracker.... almost German pils.... malt profile. Nice. Lacks horsepower, but nice and mellow.
M - Creamy, yet highly carbonated and zesty. Very light and mellow.... almost too much so. This has a whipped cream consistency that I really like. Nice.
D - Killer summertime drinkablilty. Somewhat boring for a high class brew... based on the bottle, I expected more complexity, but this is a very nice brew nonetheless. Dont get me wrong, this is a really good brew, but when something from Belgium is corked and caged I expect a little more.

A pounder sized can poured into a standard pint glass. The brew pours a pale, light golden yellow color with chunky yeast making its way into the glass despite a carefull pour. A white cap stands firm with 2 fingers and slowly fades.
The smell of this is lemony almost like a candy sort of sweet grain aspect and a bit of minerals/sulfur breaking up then pleasant notes.
This tastes like fresh cereal grain and lemony candy. A slight wheat-like tartness is present to assist in boosting the drinkability.
This is light bodied and moderately carbonated. This is very easy drinking. Overall not bad and id probably drink it again if I was in the mood for a wit.
