Enjoyed this on tap at Small Bar - Wicker Park in the appropriate glass.
Pale "straw" yellow. The glassware is frosted so its hard to tell how hazy but I would assume it follows the style. Aroma of citrus and light hop bitterness. Taste follows suit with light citrus and typical wit spice. Faint acidity like a lambic but nowhere as pronounced. Very light body that washes clean from the mouth. Very easy drinking beer. I enjoyed this as a change from more intense beers but not one to keep in my repotoir.

From a 330 ml bottle to a pint glass.
This beer looks good right from the get go. It pours a cloudy straw gold with white tones and a fluffy three finger head that lasts for minutes before breaking and leaving a thin layer of bubbles and some interesting lacing behind. The smell is fruity and yeasts with a touch of coriander. The taste comes with banana first and some fruity sweetness, followed by a touch of yeast and some very faint spice. The taste is mellow. The mouth feel is light and crisp with moderate carbonation.
I am not normally a huge fan of witbiers as I find the coriander taste to be a little unpalatable. But this beer is a change. It is quite tasty and really refreshing. Nothing extraordinary, but certainly very drinkable and a great option on a hot day.

Poured from a 1 pt 0.5 fl oz can into a Duvel tulip. Moderate hand. Dated 14/08/06 on the bottom. Had a number of times, but never reviewed.
A: Hazy yellow body with lime-colored tint and some visible sediment. 3 fingers of sudsy, white head. Good retention. Light lacing.
S: Fruity, lightly spicy Belgian yeast. Lemon. Straw. Coriander. Vanilla. Slight banana.
T: Sweet initially with the quick development of a citric-acid type tartness. Minimal bitterness. Semi-dry finish. Lingering tang and soft wheat notes.
M: Moderate-to-high carbonation with a moderate body. Seems fuller than I remember, but still very refreshing and crisp.
O: Very nice wit. Good quality of flavors, if not a bit light overall. This brew has its own unique wit thing happening. Dig the tartness. Didn't mind the sediment. Great hot weather pick. Bonus for tallboy cans.
