poured from 12 oz. bottle into Samuel Smith "Tulip" pint glass at around 50 degrees F
A - A fairly agressive pour gave me a 2-finger head of beautiful dark tan, which diminished in average time, perhaps a bit faster. Under the head is pitch darkness. A red-orange tint becomes apparent in certain lighting. Some lacing lingers on the glass, not a lot.
S - The delicious aroma of roasted malt is very conspicuous immediately. A hint of chocolate is also present.
T - Delicious! I am not a fan of overly sweet beers, but the sweetness here is pleasant, well-balanced, and not at all overpowering. Milky, chocolaty, and fruity flavors are prominent. The aftertaste of roasted malt leaves me constantly wanting another swig. This is an excellent stout!
M - Wow! Very smooth, oily consistency. Quite pleasurable.
D - Keeping my glass on the table was difficult. The smoothness and delicious flavor of this beer keep it flowing.
At $6.99 for a six-pack, you can't do much better for the price. I'll buy again and so should you!
NOTE: I tried another bottle, this time straight from the fridge. At this lower temperature, a smokey flavor dominated the palate. I definately suggest drinking Moo Joos at 50 degrees F or warmer to enjoy it in its glorious complexity.

Beer served in bar in the bottle. Not rating on the appearance.
Aroma is wonderful, grainy, roast, coffee, chocolate, and a little sweet.
Beer is sweet and smooth, notes of toast and a lot of chocolate with a hint of coffee. Delicious.
Medium mouthfeel and food carbonation.
A very very tasty beer. Sweet and chocolaty, very drinkable, no flaws.
