A - Served a red-brown color that is just slightly clear around the edges with a finger of frothy tannish head atop. The head fades fairly slowly leaving behind some good lace.
S - The aroma is a mix of sweet toasted caramel malts and some cinnamon and light clove with a bot of other holiday spices.
T - Flavor starts off following the nose with a mix of sweet caramel malts, cinnamon, and some light clove. Through the middle, some more holiday spices come through with some richer malt and a touch of earthy hops. The finish is a mix of some chocolate and caramel malts and some holiday spices that linger.
M - Medium bodied with moderate carbonation. The beer feels smooth with a warming and dry finish.
D - Very drinkable. The spices might be a touch too strong, but overall with plenty of other flavors alongside, it wound up with pretty decent balance.
