Hazy pale light golden colour, 1.5 fingers of white head, sticky and fluffy with some lace. Smell is full of orange, sweet and fruity candy scents, some spice, floral with some yeasty wheat scents deep down. Taste is fruity with lots of orange, citrus flavours, some malt present, spice is subtle with a citrus and orange aftertaste. High carbonation, light-medium feel, medium body, pretty refreshing though. This is way to sweet and fruity to be considered an authentic wit, I can see the appeal of this stuff but this is certainly not something I will be coming back to.

This beer is, quite frankly, just plain delicious.
Served on tap it has a big frothy head and a slightly cloudy pale yellow/gold appearance.
The nose is citrus but not over the top, at this point I was thinking "Well this'll be a nice summer sip".
The taste is amazing, white peach dominates with layers of dried citrus peel and cloves. The inherent sweetness that many witbiers have is hinted at but it doesn't have any cloying after taste. The first sip leads to second gulp and very quick re-order.
The finish is long and clean and leaves you wanting more. I had three in rapid succession at my first sitting and two in a short time the next.
Highly, very highly, recommended.
Please note, these ratings apply only to the "on tap" product. I recently had it in bottle and would probably drop a full point off the ratings
