Ordered a bottle with my chicken parm sandwich. Poured a hazy yellow with a short white head in my pint glass.

This beer basically comes off like a lighter version of of Blue Moon. It has a similar whipped cream, berry, and a faint but distinct wheat flavors, but no aroma. Unlike a traditional wit, there's no biscuit malt flavor, this is a little more bland and thick. Not a bad beer, but not a great wit.

This beer pours a pale straw to very light gold in color, with not much head retention. The aroma is weak for this style and seems a bit thin, not much spicey or fruity notes at all. The taste is slightly sour with a small amount of honey and citrus flavors. Reminds me of a Hoegaarden or Blue Moon but a thinner representation of the style. All that said, this is a great gateway beer for those just being introduced to craft beer.

Knights Head White Ale poured a cloudy orange color from the bottle with a clean white head. The white head faded to almost nonexistence after a few minutes. The smell of orange and coriander was noticeable in the glass. Unfortunately from there on this beer stumbled. The taste was watery and thin. The aftertaste has an astringency to it that is hard to trace its source. The mouthfeel is thin and it is only as drinkable as the taste allows. If you can take the bitter aftertaste, drink away. A below average white ale that, if anything, could be a way to ease a CMB drinker into craft brews,

I had the pale ale so I tried the white, for $9.00/case what's not to like? The pour was into a beer festival 4 oz. glass. The color was a light amber and the taste was clean but not anything special. I had been told that this would be cloudy because of the yeast. It was not, because the yeast was floating in big clumps at the bottom of the bottle. I continue to pour slowly the next two bottles and for .38 cents a bottle, you get .50 cents worth of taste. I'd give this another try if fresh, otherwise a C-.
