So the wordplay here is that the 5 is pronounced "fem" in Swedish. Fem-inin. Get it? I don't get how this is a feminine IPA, though.
Pours real dark amber brown. Flavor is rich with malts, but also salty and piney hops. The salt and hop tones definitely speak out loudly. It's a bit rough really. I like the other IPA offering at the café location better to be honest. (had this one at the brewery)
