The beer is dark brown, has a tan smooth head, little lacing.
The smell is very much dark bread and porridge. Sweetened with honey.
The taste is full of burnt notes, heavy toast, raisins and dates, a dry bitterness to round of with,
Medium carbonation, medium body, a rather dry finish.
A nice young porter, good burned nuances and dryness.
On-tap at Monks Porter House in Stockholm.
