This is a cool little store in North Solon. Not hard to find, and you can find plenty of fancy things to spend your money on. Like exotic hot sauce or 100 year-old Vinegar, must be good for $600-you can find out for the small sample fee of ten bucks...I'll pass.
Anyway they have a fairly good stock of wine, not a huge selection, but you will find some real gems. This is also the situation with the beer. A cramped little beer section including a shelf cooler holds very few macros and quite a variety of crafts. Big name domestics like Stone, 3 Floyds, etc. and an impressive array of belgians. St. Bernardus 60th anniversary, Rochefort 10, Rodenbach, Powel Kwak, just to name a few. They have many of the staple imports like Old Speckled Hen and Heineken, but they also have Murphy's, Beamish, AND Guiness. Someone working here must care about variety and ordering outside of just what sells because the shelf space is used wisely. I was pleased to see beer products from not only the NE Ohio monolith Great Lakes, but also Hoppin' Frog.
There was a wine attendant, who did not seem very familiar with the Ports. And the only comment about the beer was
"well, there's alot to choose from".
But at least there was someone there to help.
Prices seemed on par with most liquor stores and beer-friendly grocery stores. But sadly no singles.
I would have to say its a toss-up between this and Solon Wine and Liquor; here you have more rare and sought-after beer, but much less to choose from and of course the lack of the make-you-own six-pack policy. I guess whichever is closer, but both are nice places to shop for beer.

Good selection. Note if you are looking for something obscure, make a
call here. Chances are they have/can get it. They do have many things
out on release day(i.e.: Stone Russian Stout. Out day of release, and I
do search every year for it.). Lots of cheeses/breads at store too to pair
with your beer selections. I also think that their foor selection here is the
freshest in Cleveo. I drive out of my way to go here(Mayfield to Solon, if you
know Cleveland) to get fresh produce as well. Hey, two birds with one stone
logic. Polite service, fair pricing. Good deal.

Miles Market is a small space, but everything is pretty high in quality overall. Unfortunately, the alcohol selection is small, and the beer department is even smaller.
But the good news is they make every spot on the shelf, or in the cooler, worthwhile.
Devil Dancer, Brooklyn BCS, many Bell's, etc... with even some some European and esoteric finds.
A very decent selection in Solon.
The staff B-line it over to help you, and are very knowlegeable. They offer to stock it if it becomes available.
Worth a visit.
