Poured a brown body with one finger head and minor lace. A great smoked cherry aspect hits my nose in the aroma with hints of sour fruits. Beer is light and smooth which is incredible considering how smokey and sour the beer is at times. Most of the fruit profile I get is cherry but there is a hint candi sugar sweetness and this is an enjoyable beer to relax with.

Served in a Trappist glass at beer temple in Amsterdam. Deep red brown color. Subtle aroma. Sour lambic taste with really nice malty undertones. A well balanced and complex taste. On the more sour side with definite vinegar taste but fruity and refreshing
