Hazy lemon coloured body with big white bubbled head that covers nearly all the surface
Aroma is citrus & bread dough & some peach
It is so complex yet still subtle, some dryness, some oak, some citrus, deceptively drinkable & very moreish

A. Cloundy dark blonde / yellow ale with a bright white head that slowly fades.
S. Sweet honey combined with the caramel malt profile. Further some light fruits, yeast and spices.
T. The taste is quite dull. It is pretty refreshing with a balance between malty sweetness and hoppy bitterness, but it's all very soft. Taste of fruits (lemon, banana), dough, spices. Could use a bit more bitterness. Not very complex and not very special vs. the thousands of belgium blondes out there. yet it tastes pretty pretty on a warm summer day.
M. Mouthfeel is medium bodied and very nice for a blonde. Is quite crispy but could have used a bit more carbonation.
O. A quite avarage beer but not too bad. If you like blondes you should try it, but only buy one.

Old-gold, clear color that formed a pinkie of big-bubbled white head, then settled down, with little carbonation in the glass. Little aroma, with a whiff of bakery and herbal hops turned way down. Once in the mouth, the hops turns up nicely as complex, bitter but also herbal backbone, with some toast, banana, and an apple or apple skin note in the flavor. Clean feeling down the line, quaffable, session-able.

Picked this up at my favorite beer store in Belgium, Dranken Geers. Read some of the other reviews so I knew to open slowly due to the carbonation. Big two finger head with good retention and lacing. Very pleasant and complex nose with a bit of earthiness as well. Immediately floral and herbal with hints of lemon, grass, caramel, bread dough, and grain with just a touch of cumin and cracked pepper. The taste follows suit and is just as complex. Earthy and grassy with fresh picked hops leaving a nice spicy, bitter bite. Nicely balanced with a fruity, caramel malt sweetness with hints of lemon, apples and a bit of black pepper. As it warms, clove and banana also emerge. Bold, fresh, and tangy mouthfeel with a nice dry, crisp finish. I'm not a big Belgian blonde fan, but this was nothing short of amazing. It definitely stands out among other blondes I've tasted and is really in a class of its own. Another awesome beer from De Struise!
