11.2 oz bottle, 2011 vintage, utterly incomprehensible bottle dating that says Lot: 16/13/2011 (is that a date?), bottled on M|FF, poured into a tulip glass.
A- Pours a super hazy dark amber color, topped with a three-finger, thick, creamy off-white head, I'm giving it a huge bump in points because it has some of the most gorgeous, thick lacing I've seen in a while.
S- I was expecting a hop bomb for a 216 IBU beer, but the aroma is instead chock full of spice, juicy sweet orange, candi and Belgian yeast. Some hops and herbal aromas come out as it warms.
T- Starts out with spices and candi sweetness, lots of juicy apples, some orange, loads of candi sugar. As the spice and candi recedes a powerful pine hop bitterness takes over. Has a really nice finish with a bit of bitterness and lots of lingering candi sugar flavor.
M- Medium-bodied, smooth feel, dry finish.
O- A really great beer, I wasn't sure that huge hops, spice and candi sugar would work, but they've managed to pull it off very nicely, this is a delicious beer that has really impressed me.

P: Murky dark caramel body that looks similar to unfiltered pure apple cider. A massive cloudy of khaki clouds perch above and micro bubble chain male wrap the edges.
S: Belgian candy sugar, sweet plums, dark cherries, moldy oak, pilsner malt, medicinal yeast, raisin pound cake, toffee and honey sticks.
T/M: Thick sticky sweet malts, loads of barley, toffee, sourdough toast, tea tannins, dark fruits, with an abrasive chalky yeast and hop bitterness medley that cuts straight through the sugary start. Soda pop carbonation in medium body finishing with a dry rustic linger.
O: This was an interesting brew to say the least. Harsh bitterness with a huge sugary malt profile. This almost comes across as a hopped up quad. I think I might grab another bottle. Cheers!
