On-tap at Copenhagen Beer Celebration
A: Amber red with a thin white head which fades quickly.
S: Smell is of cherries with vinegar, tart fruitness.
T: Sharp attack on the palate. Very very sour, some cherries, vinegar as well. Lingering sourness all through.
M: Huge attack on the palate, extremely aggressive. Very refreshing, but hard to drink actually.
O: I had never seen that before. Quite interesting but overall way too much sour for my taste.

I had this on-tap at the Copenhagen Beer Celebration. Poured into a tasting tulip glass.
Appearance: Pours a cloudy amber color with a red hue. There is a nice layer of white head that fades to a ring around the edge of the glass.
Smell: This smells like straight up cherry vinegar. Amazingly sour. Mildly sweet with a hint of cherries, but this is the most sour smelling beer I've ever encountered.
Taste: Incredibly sour and acidic. Burns a bit while going down. The finish is sweet and still quite sour. You pick up more of the cherries after a few sips.
Mouthfeel: Medium body with fluffy carbonation and a dry finish. This one literally burns on the way down.
Overall: This is the most sour beer I can remember having. Think white vinegar soaked cherries. The cherries show up more after a few sips. A very interesting and extreme brew.
