A: single finger head on a hazy golden and amber body.
S: mint, fruit, candy and syrupy.
T: not at all yeasty with some herbal and clove notes but mosty fruity but the fruits are in distinct.
M: light body ad light carbonation.
Overall: standard table saison. Mild in flavor but nicely drinkable.

Appearance: Quite hazy, displaying an all around filthy golden body with a scant, white head up top.
Smell: With the aroma dominated by bold notes of dried berries and spice, it smells like a bubbling stovetop potpourri or maybe a Yankee Candle release.
Taste: Lightly sweetish malt base, restrained hints of stale, dried biscuits and even less of caramel. Then, a parade of spice notes with hints of dried fruits, particularly dehydrated berries. Low bitterness, it's mainly just the spices, though there's also some peppery alcoholic traces. Spicy, fruity, warming finish.
Mouthfeel: Medium-bodied. Medium-high carbonation.
Overall: A very interesting spiced saison with loads of varied nuances to pick apart. It's a beer that really needs some food (any, really) paired with it.
