A: hazy light straw yellow with quite a bit of effervescence that leads to a significant medium large bubbled head that lasts quite long. Just seems a little too light, but head retention is great
S: light fruitiness of lemon-lime, strawberry, with the lightest hint of yeast
T/M: very crisp and fruity, similar to nose, with a hint of banana a little later. There is also a subdued dryness to it under the carbonation. The interesting part of this beer is how this dryness turns into a peppery spiciness that lingers a bit. I might even say this spice bite has a taste of fresh jalapeno. Outside of this, there isn't much in the way of bitterness or sweetness in the end feel.
O: I really enjoyed this beer for it's crispness and mildly interesting ending. I think it has a bit of Belgian taste to it without being too funky or banana-tasting (like some Belgians seem to me). Definitely something to sip on a nice spring/summer evening.

Served on tap in a snifter
Appearance – The beer is served a light golden color with a one finger head of pure white foam. The head has a decent level of retention, slowly fading to leave a decent level of foamy lace on the sides of the glass.
Smell – The aroma of the beer is largely as would be expected for a BPA with a decent showing of some fruity smells of orange, peach, and banana along with some spice aromas of pepper and clove. A bit of bubblegum and some candied sugar are there as well along with some hoppy smells of a grassy and lightly floral nature.
Taste – The taste begins with a somewhat fruity flavor with the presence of both peach and orange present. Along with the fruity flavors are some light cracker flavors as well as spice of pepper and clove. As the flavor advances, some of the fruity flavors decrease being replaced by bubblegum as well as a bit of yeasty banana. Toward the end some hop flavors also join the flavor profile with them being composed mainly of an earthy and citrus nature. The mix of flavors that is then left at the end of the taste, ends up leaving one with a somewhat clean and crisp BPA flavor to linger on the tongue.
Mouthfeel – The body of the beer is on the thin side with a carbonation level that is on the average side. The thin body is nice for the crisp nature of the beer and with the average carbonation, which still supported the flavors nicely, creates a nice easy drinker.
Overall – A fairly nice and easy drinking BPA. A good one to try.
