Appearance: Served a dark amber red, partly transparent with a big off white head and decent retention.
Smell: Caramel malts, fruit flavors earthy woody notes and then big pine and grapefruit hop aromas as well.
Taste: I really enjoy a nice hoppy amber ale and that is very much the case with this beer. A bold cascade hop flavor comes through but it is equally matched with a malt back bone to hold it together. Fruity bready malts and caramel element balance the hops perfectly. The finish is bitter and dry with a long lasting aftertaste. Very nice.
Mouthfeel: medium body with a gritty hop prickliness on the cheeks.
Drinkability: It is very easy to sip. I could drink a few before destroying my palate.
Hope this is helpful.

Pours a hazy amber color with a thick off white heading. Leaves some lacing throughout. Looks a little flat.
Smell is all roasted malt with a touch of chocolate and a wood aroma.
Taste is roasted malt with a nice cascade blend that balances everything out beautifully and finishes malty again.
Mouth is medium bodied, decent carbonation. Goes down very smooth.
Drink is excellent. Very easy to put a few down.

Pours a slightly hazed amber brown color with minimal offwhite head. Scent is floral upfront with a minimal sweet light carmel presence, some mustyness to it as well. Taste brings the mustyness to the front with light carmel and dulled floral hops on the back end. Medium bodied. I dont know the age on this, but it tasted like it was not that fresh... muted scents and flavors with some mustyness.

On tap at the brewery poured into a pint glass. Pours an amber hue. Faint head, with a light body. A bit spicy with little aroma, and lightly hopped. Sweet, grainy, and malt driven flavor. moderately hoppy with grapefruit. Light cheesy yeast flavor. Raisin, syrup, cloves and dust. small off white head without longevity, clear and flat body. Medium amber hue. Moderate acidity and bitterness in flavor and finish.

Pours a dark reddish amber. Nose is nice. The flavor profile deliver a woody and earthy ride. Feel is smooth on both sides of the spectrum. Very drinkable, though it seems to carry a bit of an edge. But hey, go for it if you see it. It's still worthy.

Appearance is a hazy, deep ruby brown. A thin, white head quickly dissipates to a thin ring leaving some lacing behind.
Aroma is citrus hops, sweet orange and caramel. There is also a yeasty backbone.
Taste is sweet citrus hops; orange and grapefruit. The earthy hoppiness leaves behind an oily residue and a malty, wheaty aftertaste. The alcohol comes through just a hint as it warms.
There is a medium amount of carbonation and a nice amount of hops presence. This is quite an enjoyable, sessionable brew.

Draught in Philly location: This one poured a clear amber color, with about an inch of an off-white head. It leaves some lacing on the glass. The aroma is lighter, but good. Malts, citrus and earthy notes. It has a nice taste. Medium toasty malt, but hardly any sweetness. Smooth, slightly earthy with a dry finish. It is well-balanced and easy drinking.

A: Cloudy and dark deep amber color
S: Deliciously sweet nose with balanced malt and hop accents of a great taste to come.
M/T: This opens up with a solid sweet malt feel upfront that makes way unto a hop accentuated center and remnant finish of earthy cascade hop.
D: Yum...I could make this my session every night at Triumph. I was very impressed with the complexity and smoothness of this brew.
