Appearance: It has a nice hazy golden/orange color to it. It has a nice thick off-white head that dies down moderately and leaves very little lacing.
Smell: The aromas definitely give out hints of Belgian yeast, peppery spices, banana and cloves. (Very Hefe like)
Taste: Like the aromas, it has some definite yeast followed by banana and cloves, some peppery spices and wheat malts.
Mouthfeel: It has a med/high carbonation with a nice overall balance and feel.
Drinkability: It's a very smooth drinkable beer accompanied with good flavors and aromas.

Served from a 341ml bottle to a tulip glass
A: Yellow blonde color. Small one finger head that died down pretty quick and left minimal lacing. Seeing chunks floating in my beer was quite strange but it was interesting. I'm used to some sediment but this took it to a whole new level. lol.
S: Not much on the nose honestly. A slight bit of lemon citrus and some of the phenolicy yeast characters typical to this style of beer.
T: the citrus really opens up on the palate. Nice amounts of orange and lemon zest. I didn't think I was going to get to much flavor out of it based on its aroma but one sip changed my opinion. There is also a nice bit of banana and coriander too. Its pretty refreshing despite its high alcohol. Bitterness is also fairly low.
M: Fairly crisp and dry. The alcohol is really noticeable. Perhaps one of the better aspects of this beer.
O: I liked this beer and might consider picking it up again seeing as its a local brew and i'm assuming its cheap. (Got it as a gift). If it was decently priced I'd get some more otherwise its nothing spectacular.

Bought 660mL bottle and poured into a pint glass.
A: Golden orange, 1 finger of light head which fades quickly, very hazy, fine bubbles
T: Yeast, surprising amount of banana, clove, some alcohol.
M: Slight carbonation, medium body, dry, very drinkable
D: This is a solid beer. Belgian style beer with the banana taste is great. This is a sweeter summer beer. It was so good that I bought a bottle for my dad, and he loved it as well. Not too mention the bottle was $4.00 in Montreal

660ml (qu'est-ce que c'est la?) bottle, procured via a trade with tbeckett - merci!
This beer pours a cloudy medium golden straw colour, with two fingers of thin creamy white head, which leaves some jagged hanging tiers of lace around the glass as it steadily retreats (no Gallic inference meant or implied whatsoever...). It smells prominently of banana and clove, yeasty wheat grain, and a decent warming alcohol. The taste is sweet bubblegum wheat malt, zingy clove, mashed banana, mild citrus pith, earthy yeast, and a well-behaved booze edge. The carbonation is quite understated, the body medium weight, a bit too heavily in the way of the sugar, but still adequately smooth. It finishes off-dry, the main challenge to the sweet malt arising in the form of a re-armed saccharine ethanol dryness.
While it's hard to remember any minute detail of the Low Countries original, this, on its own merits, comes off as a very convincing simulacrum, made as it is an ocean away. A nice balance of grain, yeast, spice and booze, that is surprisingly easy to imbibe.

341mL bottle with ambiguous code on back label poured into chalice.
Pours a hazy orange with gold highlights with a fizzy white head that dissipates very quickly.
Coriander, banana and clove on the nose, with a generous dose of alcohol.
Alcohol is prominent is a prominent taste, with lemon, banana and clove behind. Lots of belgian yeast flavours going on here.
Mouthfeel is light, with fizzy carbonation. About par for the style.
Not a bad beer by any shot, but nothing to write home about. Hits the average notes for the style.
