Hazy golden colour with a big, creamy off-white head. Good head retention.

Cilantro and lemon dominate. Really bright and vibrant aroma.

Tart and citrussy. Lots of lemon and cilantro. Fantastically refreshing.

Medium body with moderately high carbonation. Great.

A delightful and tasty saison. Fantastic coriander flavour.

On tap at the bar during the Gypsy and the Goat brew session. From notes.

A - Poured hazy golden with a one finger white head. Good carbonation with spotty lace and a film of retention.

S - Sweet pepper, hops, yeast, really sweet spice is pretty cool.

T - Sweet spice is quite nice. It's strong but but mellow and smooth at the same time. Hops and a nice hay note with light malt come through.

M - Good carbonation, medium body, sweet spicy finish.

O/D - Pepperberries are a neat addition to this. It works well with the sweetness and smooth spicy notes. A good saison but I'd be curious to see what else lies under the tons of spice.
