When I was spending a long weekend in Rockland, I did not even go into Jess`s until I was already stocked up on beer. That was a mistake. Jess`s is primarily a seafood market and deli; even gas. However they sell some wine and beer too. They carry Allagash, Unibroue, Shipyard and a handful of other great beers. The market is run by a very friendly staff who is there to help you with any questions that you may have. The next time I am up in Rockland, I will be burning some money here on nice beer.

Mainly a seafood market with good prices and offerings but also a very nice selection of craft brews. Marshall Wharf (very fresh) Allagash,Sebago, Smuttynose, Shipyard, etc. Has a decent array of wines as well if that is your thing. All in all a nice find and a spot to check out if in the area for sure.

This store is primarily a seafood store, but they have one of the best beer selections in Rockland. Almost all of it is craft beers. Includes a good selection of Belgians, Maine beers (of course) Germans, and a scattering of others from the US (and anywhere else in the world) Service is great, and they know quite a bit about beers too, not a place where don't know what they are selling. Also they have a nice selection of seafood to go with that beer purchase of yours. A bit on the pricey side but that is true for pretty much anyone around here, and maybe cause I'm thinking cheap. When I can't get to Waldoboro, this is where I stop.
