Served in a 4 oz. glass
This beer was poured into the glass a creamy yellow color that was cloudy by nature. It produced some white foam on top of the beer, but it was not lasting. The aromas were big and rich sweet fruit - which dominated most of the nose. Other aromas that were present were of sweet malt, bananas, cloves, light hops, and some vanilla in the end. Flavors were very similar to the aromas. Tastes of bananas, fruits, cloves, sweet malts, vanilla, alcohol (present), and some light hops were mixed in the middle. The aftertaste was of sweet maltly alcohol. This was a pretty big beer, medium to light heavy bodied. Tons of flavors to be had with this beer, whether in the nose or on the tongue it produced. This was the first beer I have ever had from this brewery and would like to get a hold of some more. This is an excellant example of the Belium Triple style.
