This beer only comes in a 10oz tulip. No recipe in the restroom as for other beers.

This beer pours a dark ruby color with virtually no head in the tiny glass. It is slightly hazy. The strong sweet smell of raspberries is evident. The beginning is all sweet raspbeerry. Bitterness is low to none. Nice wheat flavor. Quickly the sweetness dries up and a strong sour tartness takes over. Inhaling at the end I get some nice grainy malt, or is that the wheat again? The tartness keeps this brew from being sickly sweet. Medium bodied.

Overall: a lambic in the lindemann's style, but with more tartness. Great for girls and non-hop heads and newbies. Very surprising character for this Rock Bottom. Very nice.
