I had this on-tap in a big mug at the Rock Bottom in downtown Seattle.

Appearance: medium orange with a good haze and a thick finger of ivory foam leaving a nice lace on the glass. Quite good.

Smell: earthy hops with a dash of citrus and a bit of caramel maltiness. Not too bad.

Taste: like the aroma, a little citrusy and a little earthy with a bit of a toasted malt character underneath. Nothing earth shattering here, but well made.

Mouthfeel: medium body and a decent carbonation yielding a pretty good creaminess for the style.

Overall: a tasty and drinkable IPA. This could be a go-to for me here.

Poured on-tap at the brewhouse in the Denver airport, the beer was served in a tall weisse vase. The beer is a hazy, deep copper-orange coloring, with a filmy, clingy, white head. Nose of grapefruit, lemon, floral hops, and subtle caramel notes. Flavors are grassy, slightly herbal, with a solid dose of lemon zest and grapefruit, highlights of evergreen, and a sweet caramel backbone. The aftertaste is a citrus sweet linger, with balancing bitter resinous notes. Crisp, dry finish. Nice brew.
