I had this beer on-tap in a tulip at the Seattle brewery location.
Appearance: golden yellow hue with a moderate haze and a thin layer of ivory foam. Not bad.
Smell: lightly sweet with a nice funky piquancy. Not super complex but very well-done.
Taste: sweetly malty with a decent level of classic farmhouse funk. Hops are bright and noble, and leave a solid bitterness for the style. I like it!
Mouthfeel: medium body with a good carbonation and creaminess. Dig it.
Overall: a very pleasing saison indeed.

A farmhouse ale from Wallonia. Floral and city's notes.
