Review from BeerAdvocate Magazine Issue #42 (Jul 2010):
Out comes a beautiful-looking Pilsner with a big head and a crystal-clear golden hue. Herbal, floral and spicy hops aroma meets the dried hay-like malt. The fluffy and crisp light-to-medium body contains delicate hopping with a long, drawn out floral flavor. The maltiness packs a lot of flavor with bread and grassy tones. The hop bit- terness shows some sharpness and spice to balance this brew. An excellent go at the style with a bit more body and less crispness than expected. Still so very drinkable.

Poured from bottle into a pint glass
Appearance – The beer pours clear golden color with a billowy white head of foam. The head has a decent level of retention, fading to leave a light level of foamy lace on the sides of the glass.
Smell – A lightly toasted malt and biscuit aroma mixed with a little bit of a caramel smell are the most pronounced. Along with these smells comes some other aromas of a light floral and grassy nature.
Taste – The taste begins with a crisp lightly toasted malt flavor with a little bit of a corn and caramel. As the taste advances it bitters up some with flavors of a grassy and hay-like nature coming to the tongue. Along with these flavors, some other hop flavors of a floral and a bit of lemon citrus come at the very end, leaving a rather crisp and drier flavor to linger on the tongue.
Mouthfeel – The body of the beer is on the thinner side with a carbonation level that slightly higher. For the mix of sweet malt and grassy flavors the feel is rather good as it maintains enough thickness to uphold the flavor all while the carbonation helps keep it more refreshing and crisp.
Overall – A very easy drinking and nice crisp brew. This is one great brew for the summer months when sitting outside and enjoying the world.
